Each session begins with a 5 minute connection point that unfolds into intention setting. This leads into the creation of a 20 minute meditative and expansive space that unfolds as an experience both as a group and for each of us individually. It is followed by a 5 minute period of grounding.
Every other Sunday, there will be a specific 30 minute group session class that has a themed intention, to total 2 themes a month. The first Sunday session of each month will be focused on peace and the second session of the month will be focused on love. These themes will recur monthly so you can make your favorite theme a consistent part of your meditation routine.
